The Pile data sheet in the engineering tool:
Table General SMXmodelThe size of the SMX model in meters
Name: Pile1, Pile2, ......
Type: Longitunal / circular
Number: 1, 2, 3, ......
Capacity: The full capacity of each pile in Ton
Stacker: Here is entered the name of stacker
Samplingmode: 3 options; None, Time, Mass. There will be a sample within a set interval and when this sample is logged on depends upon the
Sampling Mode. If set to
None - there will be no sample. If set to
Time then there will be a sample logged into QCX with every interval set in the
Sampling Interval And if set to
Mass then a mass of pile material will be the one triggering the sample.
Sampling Interval This is the interval that triggers a sample if
Sampling Mode is set to
Time. For example Sampling Interval is set to 60 min then a sample of the current Pile content will be logged in every 60 min and can be seen in the sample viewer.
Minimum Size: If the sample interval is set to 60 min (f.ex.) then it is also possible to set a minimum size of the sample to trigger that a sample is logged into QCX. So even if the sample period is 60 min then if the sample represents less than
Minimum size it will not be logged into QCX.
Sampling Mass: If
Sampling Mode is set to
Mass then this tonnage will trigger a sample of the current pile content.
