There can be many reasons for a BLX mill starts to oscillate and there isnt just one solution. But a few things can be tried, just remember that it can take some time for the changes to work. At least 2-3 samples.


# If there is a small silo capacity configured in BLX mill then try to increase the silo capacity.
And example was a site where the silo capacity was increase from 3 x Raw Mill hourly production to 10 x production. This stopped the oscillations
# Increase the homogenity to try to stabilize the system (towards higher homogenity)
