BLX Pile: Elimination time on Pile systems

In BLX Pile it is possible to set an elimination time.

1)  If it is a longitudinal pile system then an elimination time of 180 min is fine

2) if it is a circular pile system then the elimination time can be reduced to about 30 min to get a faster control
