In BLX Pile Engienering tool there are defined the following feeders:1)
Virtual Feeders - This feeder are used for the Raw Material flow in the Crusher. This is the only feeder that BLX will do estimation on as this is the feeder that receives the analys from the online analyser. The other feeders are just adding raw material with a fixed composition.
2)
Quarry Point Feeders: if it is a Pile system WITHOUT controlable feeder then use these feeders. The feeders that will have get Set Points which are used for getting the right porprotion of the raw materials.
3)
Controable Feeders: We have recently learned that it is not recommend to use controable feeders in the pile as these feeders historically have very poor PV signals.
IN the Engineering tool there are are table for each type of feeder used in the flowsheet. All the generated tables needs to filled out: (in this exampel are 2 tables)
Table VitualFeeder: Here needs to be set the Min and Max capacity of hte Crusher.
Table QPFeeder: the min and max for these are typical set as the crusher. Truck capacity: how much matrial can the trucks handle (get info from site) and BLX uses this to calculate the set points into number of trucks instead of having in percentage.
