BLX uses the analyses from the samplers as the basis for the estimaton calculations so it is very important that the Sampler is setup correct in BLX so it has the right info.

So remember to check the sampler for:
* Type
** Continues
** Spot sampler
* Periods
** Sample period
** Sample represent whole sample or only part of the sample period
If the sample only represents parts of the sample period ask the site automation personnel to create an IO start-stop signal for the sampler and link it in BLX:
Create the point in
configuration --> point editor and link the two. Then BLX will know which time interval the sample represents.
Insert this new point in:
Configuration--> BLX Mill-->Subsections --> Samplers: IORun signal.

[image:{UP(BLX-Sampler-setup-issues-to-remember)}BLX_Sampler_issues_1.png|medium|left]
