Backup Failure - Online expert in BLX

On some first sites with BLX (especially the CRH sites) there is a failure from QcxBlx.Online when doing a backup.


The failure is in the Runtime: QcxBlx.Online.Dynamic and QcxBlx.Online.Configuration


To corrrect this go to the SQL database server.


Log on as Framework (see image #1)

Scroll to: Database --> Fls.Framework.Discovery --> tables

Right click on: dbo.Database and select: edit top 200 rows (see image #2)

Expand the Designation coloum and find the 2 lines with teh QcxBlx.Online.Dynamic and Configuration.


Delete the two lines.

Close SQL and do a new backup.
