Here are the setting for the Raw Materials entered.
* Max Change is per default set to 100%. This means that each set point
are allowed to change 100% when estimating.
* Cost is based on a scale from 0-10 where 0 is no cost and 10 is high cost.
* Set Point change weight is defining with how large steps BLX is allowed to change the set point wih each estimate
* Relative Minimum Value is the minimum set point for each raw material
* Relative Maximum Value is the maximum set point for each raw material
