==How to use the Flowsheet in the engineering tool== The '''flowsheet''' is the main part of configureing the BLX setup. Here is definded the flow of the process at the site. For instance: How many feeders, the Raw Materials, Mill type and residence time in mill, Transport time, Silos and so on. On image #1 are shown the flowsheet start page. Under "Name" are entered names of; feeders, rawmaterials, samplers, Mill and so on. "UnitType" describes which unit in the process each name refeers to. "To" directs each "Name" to the next in the line of the process. [image:{UP(BlxEngineeringTool-Flowsheet)}Engineering_flowsheet_1.png|medium|left|Image #1. FlowSheet start page] Under "name" are entered all the raw materials and steps that needs to be included in the BLX configuration. It is important to get everyting in this process: all feeders (incl. types see [BlxEngineeringTool-DisFeederSetup|BLX Engineering Tool: DisFeederSetup] & [BlxEngineeringTool-FeederSetup|BLX Engineering Tool: Continious Feeder Setup]), delays ([BlxEngineeringTool-Delay|BLX Engineering Tool: Delay]), mergers, spilts, silo ([BlxEngineeringTool-BatchSiloDetail|BLX Engineering Tool: BatchSiloDetail] & [BlxEngineeringTool-ContinousSiloDetail|BLX Engineering Tool: ContinousSiloDetail]). Under "UnitType" are then assigned a Type to each name: For instance: Limestone --> is a Raw Material, Feeder 1 --> is a continous feeder, and so on. (see image #2). [image:{UP(BlxEngineeringTool-Flowsheet)}Engineering_flowsheet_2.png|medium|left|Image #2 illustrates how to a Unit Type is defined to names] In the "To" coloum are assigned where in the process the Name & UnitType goes to. For instance: Limestone goes to feeder 1. Feeder 1 goes to be merged with Feeder 2. And so on. See image #3 [image:{UP(BlxEngineeringTool-Flowsheet)}Engineering_flowsheet_3.png|medium|left|Image #3: illustrates how to use the] When the whole process is filled in - the flowsheet is created by clikling on the: 1.Create Flowsheet. (see image #4) [image:{UP(BlxEngineeringTool-Flowsheet)}Engineering_flowsheet_4.png|medium|left|Image #4: shows the finished flowsheet.] When the flowsheet is finished: the 2.Generate sheets are selected and BLX enigneering tool automatic generate all the excel sheets that will be input for the BLX configuration. Including all the defined feeders, raw materials, mills, delays, silos and samplers. In the flowsheet / build of BLX process is also an option to split into to Silos (Silobank). Image #5 illustrates how to make a "split" in the flowsheet: [image:{UP(BlxEngineeringTool-Flowsheet)}Engineering_flowsheet_5.png|medium|left|Image #5: illustrates the split function to use SiloBank]
