- DoEstimate -
- DefaultValue - unit: %
- Min - unit: %
- Max - unit: %
All the Raw Materials used at the site in question have to entered into the flowsheet (see
BLX Engineering Tool: Flowsheet). It is important to include all and to remember if a feeder have several Raw materials attached.
In the table for Raw Materials in the BLX engineering tool needs to be entered the chemical composition of each raw material, if it is with or without LOI, the water content, an estimation of the homogenity or the indivial Raw Materials and which feeder it is connected to.
The coloums with: "Do estimate" and Min and Max are automatic filled out when pressing the: "Auto Estimate"
The auto estimate are based on the input for Estimation limits - delta from default and Estimation enable - minimum criteria. These are per default set to 10%.
The results here sets weather or not a specific oxide will be set to be estimated or not within BLX when importing the solutions. This can be changed later but it is a good start.
