The sampler setting table sets the the samples that are connected to BLX.
IgnoreSmpONProdStop: set to true if BLX are to ignore a sample if there have been a production stop during the sampling period.
It should be considered and discussed with the client if this setting should be on true or false. If the site have many short production stop a sample could still be representative and this should be set to false. But if production stops are rare - and when occuring
long stops then
this
could be set to true.
MinSampleSize:
This value should also be dicussed with the client. Normally it is recommended to set this to app.
75% of the total production during a normal sampling period.
If a site sometimes takes samples of a shorter time period - this number should either be corrected or the number should per default be set to
a low value so samples are not excluded from BLX.
SamplePointId and MaterialTypeId:
These are automatic filled out and represent the sample point and Material types that are created in the QCX Lab Editor.
