Calculation of set points when the production is stopped

When the production and the Mill is stopped, calculation of set points is done in Mix mode - even if the normal run mode is set to Silo mode.


* It will always run as Mix mode control as we cannot know speeds and STS of other parts than mill.
* The NominalRawMaterialRate
will be used as the PV for the selected feeders.
* This may result in feeder limitations.
* If you see this problem adjust the NominalRawMaterialRate to a more reasonable level (default middle of feeder capacity).
