How to set up a report template in QCX/BLX

Two options ¶

• In QCX there are 2 report options
  • In System: Report configuration
  • In Blx: Report viewer ( in Blx)
• In Report configuration
  • Sets up templates for reports
• In Report Viewer
  • Uses the created templates
    

Report configuration ¶

1. System
2. Configuration
3. Report configuration
4. Highlight “Report”
5. Click “New Report”
   

1. Name Report
2. Click “….” -> system text opens: Name report again (this name will show in report viewer later)
3. Report Layout – name: f. ex: “QcxListReport”
4. Choose Report layout: f.ex. “QCX List Report”
5. Click on (+)
   

Remember to save

1. Set sample time and aggregation period
2. Set sample point, Material type, Sample Type and Procedure status to relevant settings for the data query needed.

To get the right setting for the data input Sample viewer needs to be used!

1. Go to Products and open sample viewer in new window
2. Select a sample and open the taps: Sample, Preparation and Procedure
3. Here the info to fill out in the Report can be found!
   

How to fill out a data form in the report configuration ¶

1. For data values chose “Float value”
   1. QcxAggregatedList only have floatvalue as an option
   2. QCXListReport have more options!
2. Preparations: Find in Sample Viewer -> Preparation
3. Procedures: Find in Sample Viewer -> Procedure
4. Equipment – Find in sample Viewer -> Procedure
5. DataValue: choose what to include in the report
6. Qualifier: Which values to list in report column
7. Lets you choose which statistics to see in the bottom of the report
8. Production – only use this for production data.
9. Calculated: calculate based on values in statistics data! Not values listed in data columns
   

1. Lets you copy the settings to new entry - keeping data!
2. Adds a new empty setting!

The Report Viewer can be used to view the reports made in the Report configuration ¶
