How to setup BLX KPI report

Steps to Configure KPI reports for BLX.

Open Report Configuration and new report, give a name.

Select Date/Time Entry as Start Date

Select Report Lay out as QcxBlxKPI

Select Report Query as Value Day Report

Click add symbol and tag the addresses for mill running status, Controller ready, IOOk and IO automatic.



Remember to specify the label for each tag as below:

For Mill Operation-MILL

Controller Ready-RDY

IOOK-OK

IO Automatic-Auto



Select Category for each tag as Operation time.

Save and check the report.
