Install SMX 8.2 SR1 & BLX

BLX release 8.2 and 8.3
Steps : 

1) Install Framework 8.10 (without discovery service (this comes up when you run in the installation and you de-select it)  Keep Framework 8.11 as it is - this will run the discovery service)

2) Install SMX 8.2 SR1 

3) Install BLX 

Remember to install all hotfixes!
