Download the newest driver (QcxDrv.msi) file from Flsadev. Find out the drivers needed for the automated equipement at site: for instance: which type of XRF, Online analyser, autosampling; blower, diverter and so on. When starting the installation the right drivers needs to be selected for installation. After it has been installed the standards are located here: * C:\Program Files (x86)\FLSmidth\Import\QcxDrv\8.x or for newer QcxDrv * C:\Program Files\FLSmidth\Import\QcxDrv\8.x The standard files needs to be converted to solution files. [image:{UP(Installation-of-QCX-drivers)}Driver Installation_3.png|medium|left] Make sure to select Engineering Tools from driver installation (in newer installers they are default selected). [image:{UP(Installation-of-QCX-drivers)}Driver_Engineering_Tools.png|medium] Use the Standard2Solution.Auto from driver installation. Note! Standard2Solution from Core does not contain the same features which is needed for some drivers e.g. MultiPoint conveyor to select how many positions the conveyor has: [image:{UP(Installation-of-QCX-drivers)}Driver_Standard2Solution_Auto.png|medium] '''Import the newly made solution files into QCX. ''' Make sure there is communcition between the QCX server and the XRF / online equipement PC's. It might be nessarry to edit a few things in the XML files for the equipement. Check the different Xml file to make sure there is the right IP adress, Port no., Read monitor. Right translation of oxide names (check XmlGeneral or XmlSpecific)
