• SetPointChangeWeight - default: 0
• RelativeMinValue - unit: % default: 0
• RelativeMaxValue - unit: % default: 100
  

• Max Change is per default set to 100%. This means that each set point
  are allowed to change 100% when estimating.
• Cost is based on a scale from 0-10 where 0 is no cost and 10 is high cost.
• Set Point change weight is defining with how large steps BLX is allowed to change the set point wih each estimate
• Relative Minimum Value is the minimum set point for each raw material
• Relative Maximum Value is the maximum set point for each raw material
