A delay is added as a new subsection in the configuration.
If there already is a delay in the configuration then it is possible to export the specific soluion and edit the xml files.
If there isnt an existing delay then a new BLX configuration have made using the engineering tool.
Add delay to system with existing delay:
Steps:
- Do a backup and store it in a safe location
- Export the Specific Solution
- unzip the specific solution
- delete all files except:
Fls.Core.Config.Solution.xml
Fls.Core.Ref.xml
Fls.QcxBlx.Mill.Config.xml
- Edit: Fls.Core.Ref.xml:
- Rename all instances of the existing delay to the new name!
- Remember the sections with Language here the name is defined, this also needs to be edited to the new name
- Save
- Now Edit the Fls.QcxBlx.Mill.Config.xml
- Delete all sections not containing anything with the delay.
Also delete the full section called: SucessorSubsection under the Delay subsection - Rename the existing delay to the new name. Again remember also the language section!
- Save and either zip to one file and import
or import the folder to QCX. - Now in the BLX configuration - -> Plantsection --> PlanSectionSubsection: Here add a new line with the newly added delay subsection
- Under BLX-->Subsection edit the subsection order so each subsection gets the right SuccessorSubsection.
- Edit the details of the delay.
Add delay to system without previously defined delay:
If the system dont have an existing delay and needs one added a new configuration needs to be created using the enginering tool.
The procedure will be as when adding an Online (see
Add Online to BLX)
except there is no need for configuring HMIs.
